Sandra has spoken for high powered organizations such as NCR Corporation, Miami Valley Hospital's Women's Health and Wellness Expo, Miami Valley Office Managers, Altrusa of Sidney, Ohio, and Business Women of America.

Sandra Dilley Weeter is the Founder of Bella Image, located in Centerville, Ohio. Sandra has nearly 30 Years of experience as a model/talent in the midwest market. She has worked all sides of the business as a stylist, booking agent, producer, agent and model training director.

In her 10 years in media/marketing and advertising sales, Sandra was employed by high powered organizations such as Dyer, Garofalo, Mann and Schultz and WHIO-TV. Sandra was also an active member of the American Marketing Association, The Dayton Advertising Club and Who's Who in Sales and Marketing.

Currently a member of the Association of Image Consultants International, Sandra has establish herself as an area consultant with Bella Image in Centerville. Her services range from group imaging to individual self development.

Holly is a past All American Woman Plus and is currently the National Producer for the All American Pageant system. In 2000 she held the title of Ms. Plus National Achiever and she was chosen among the top 20 finalists for the BBW Magazine Model Search. She is currently an Associate Producer of the Miss Ohio Scholarship Program where she has been involved for the past 22 years. She has judged pageant and talent competitions all over the United States and in November of 2001 taped a celebrity episode with National Pageant Winners for the game show "The Weakest Link."

Holly is currently working on her motivational seminar. "Plus Size Women—Attitude, Authority and Attributes," and spends much of her time researching the plus size industry and producing pageants and WWII tribute shows. She has also been a feature writer for Pageantry Magazine, Plus Size Living. Her much acclaimed article deals with issues on self-esteem, confidence and how to survive being a plus size woman in the 21st century.

She also devotes her time as a member of the Board of Directors for Agape for Youth, a non-profit organization that arranges foster care, transitional homes and helps her to promote her platform, "Adoption the Option."

Holly is a past Global America Classic Woman, 2004 International Sophisticate Classic Woman, 2004 America's Brilliant Miss, and in March of 2005 was crowned US Sophisticate Classic Woman in Columbia, South Carolina. Holly has most recently been awarded the title of Mrs. Ohio U.S. United and will be competing for the national crown in July of 2006. Along with her many pageant titles Holly is most proud of her professional title of Director of Social Activities at One Lincoln Park Retirement Community. She has researched the senior industry and has added much life and excitement to One Lincoln Park. Holly's motto, "Life might not be the party we expected, but while we're here we might as well dance!" Holly resides in Dayton, Ohio with her husband Steve and their 4 cats.

Carol Morgan earned her Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Nebraska and has been teaching classes at the university level since 1993. Currently, she is a professor at Wright State University, and her areas of specialization are gender, interpersonal, small group, business, and spiritual communication. Other classes she has taught include interviewing, public speaking, broadcast criticism, communication theory, and research methods.

Carol also acts as a consultant, trainer and workshop leader for businesses and schools. Some of the organizations she has worked with include Delphi International, the Montgomery County Hostage Negotiation Team, Girl Scouts of America, and the International Association of Business Communicators, just to name a few.

She is also the author of numerous research and professional articles which have been published in academic journals, magazines, and websites. In addition, she has presented twenty research projects at professional conferences across the country. She has won several awards for her research as well. Her new book, "We're Not that Different: Two Sisters' Religious and Spiritual Journeys" chronicles two women's religious development through the lens of communication. It is a book about religious tolerance, and it concludes that Catholicism and New Age spirituality are very similar at the core of the belief systems. Carol is also working on two other self-help books about improving relationships.

Ted Ryan retired after nearly a half century of broadcasting at WHIO TV in Dayton. He was the company's chief announcer and its travel director. While at Channel Seven he had the opportunity of interviewing many dozens of national and international celebrities.

In addition to broadcasting, Ted has been involved in many other activities. Ryan has been writing, for almost nine years, a monthly column for the Chronicle, a senior publication. He taught speech at the University of Dayton and also at Sinclair College for a number of years. His community activities included being on the board and chairman of the Multiple Sclerosis Society and on the state level was chairman of the Ohio Travel council and twice received the prestigious Paul Sherlock award as top Ohio travel person.

Ryan's travels have taken him to many areas of the world particularly as a member of the professional Society of American Travel Writers. He held every office of the society including its National President and as such has received a number of awards. He has been called upon to speak in many parts of the world.

He frequently speaks on travel... offering travel tips, planning a trip, or even what to pack. His "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way" incorporates many adventures occurring during his travel career.

Ted specializes in helping people "Get On Your Feet" with helpful ideas and exercises to follow in delivering a good speech to any size audience.
